Heredity gave dogs voices but there are ways to correct most of the sounds that come from canine pets. Dogs in Melrose Park that bark at the noise of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught your preferred doggy behavior. It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Melrose Park house but you should teach them that an OK command from you means everything is fine and your protector can stop making noise.
Another complaint we hear from pet owners is the whining at objects such as vacuum cleaners or tractors. These are all things a pet can learn to live with quietly. Watching out the window and barking at your Melrose Park neighbors and their dogs should not be tolerated inappropriate dog behavior either. This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your canine from inside the from a distance. It really doesn't take long for them to learn.
Most importantly, you must remember that a dog's hearing is over 200x better than your hearing. He can hear the sound of a child riding a tricycle several houses away. He will respond with his voice. You just need to learn how to teach your canine when it's time to be quiet when they hear the proper command.
