How Can You Stop The Noise?

Heredity gave dogs voices but there are steps to correct most of the sounds that come from canine pets.  Dogs in Forest Park that bark at the noise of the house's doorbell or a knock on the door need to be taught a greeting ritual.  It is their job to bark when a stranger comes to your Forest Park house but you should teach them that an OK command from you means everything is fine and your protector can stop barking.

Another complaint we hear from dog owners is the whining at objects such as a shovel or tractors. These are all items a canine can learn to live with quietly. Running the property lines and barking at your Forest Park neighbors and their dogs is not acceptable bad dog behavior either.  This "distance" barking can be corrected through training sometimes needing a mild shock collar so you can correct your canine from inside the home.  This unacceptable dog behavior can be corrected in a short period of time.

It's important for you to remember that a dog's hearing is over two hundred times better than your hearing.  He can hear a squirrel running up a tree.  He will respond with his voice.  You just need to learn how to teach your canine when it's time to be quiet when they hear the correct signal.
